field day tomorrow!

Field day is tomorrow!  Since we will be spending lots of time outside in the sun, I wanted to share a message from the nurse about sunscreen: The FDA considers sunscreen an over-the-counter medication, therefore, without medical documentation, (Medical diagnosis, and doctor's order etc.), school staff is not allowed to apply it during school hours. Please apply sunscreen to your child before coming to school, or, you may come during the day and apply it.

Tide Pool Fun

We had so much fun at the tide pool! Thank you Mr. Musselman, Ms. Pavlikec, and all our chaperones for making it a great day!

Field Day Date Change

Due to all the rain this week, Field Day has been moved to June 15.  The field is currently too wet to use.  Think sunny thoughts!

Reminder

Tide Pool Field Trip Tomorrow!!

Please remember to apply sunblock at home before your child comes to school.  Your child will need a bag lunch and a drink.  Please make sure that your child wears long pants, sneakers, and a long sleeve shirt.  For safety reasons, ABSOLUTELY NO SHORTS OR SANDALS.

If you are a chaperone, please be at the school by 8:15 so you can arrange carpools with other parents/grandparents.  We will be leaving at 8:30.
